
PETALING JAYA: National elite archer Hasihin Sanawi (pix) brought cheers to the Malaysian camp when he won a silver in the men's individual recurve W1/W2 (wheelchair) in the London 2012 Paralympics Games.
Hasihin gave a close fight to Italy's Oscar de Pellegrin before losing 5-6 in the final.
The 29-year-old had earlier defeated Iran's Ebrahim Ranjbarkivaj 6-5 in the semi-finals before falling short in the final.
Taiwan's Tseng Lung Hui took bronze after beating Ranjbarkivaj 7-3. - theStarOnline
